FAQ Categories Panel #

  1. Category Name:
    • Represents the name of each FAQ category.
    • Examples: Support, Surveys, Rewards & Earnings, General, Withdrawals, Offers.
  2. Category Code:
    • Each category is identified by a code used within the backend.
    • Codes examples include: support, surveys, rewards_earnings, etc.
  3. Sort Order:
    • Determines the display order of categories. Lower values are displayed first.
    • Example: Categories like “General” (sort order 1) appear before “Offers” (sort order 300).
  4. Number of FAQs:
    • Shows how many FAQs each category contains.
    • Example: The “Offers” category has 3 FAQs, while “General” has only 1.
